Every order is packed with love and ships the same day through USPS, UPS or FedEx. As soon as it's on the way, you'll get a tracking email so you can follow it right to your door.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, since customers are responsible for providing a correct address. Beautyville is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on opened or used items.

♥ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at noemi.silva1@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Need to change or cancel? Email us with your order number before your order is processed. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or canceled.
